INSURANCE
It's a good idea for you to check with your insurance provider regarding mental health coverage. I am happy to discuss with you prior to our appointment any questions you have about insurance coverage of mental health services.
I can also provide a form for you to receive reimbursement for out of network providers. This allows you to possibly receive some reimbursement for services with me if I am not covered by your insurance carrier.
I am currently in network with Premera.
If you have a co-pay, it is due at the time of service.
HOURLY FEE
I charge $155 for a 53 - 60 minute session, $225 for a 90 minute session. Payment for our time together is due at the scheduled session.
